Take the New York State Thruway to exit 45. Take Route 490 West to the Clinton Avenue (Downtown) exit. Follow Clinton Avenue to Broad Street. Turn left onto Broad Street and turn right onto Exchange Blvd. Follow Exchange Blvd. to Main Street and turn right onto Main Street. The Claim Center is on the left in the First Federal Plaza Building.

From the West
Take the New York State Thruway to exit 46. Take Route 390 North to Route 490 East. Take the Broad/Brown Street exit. Follow Broad Street to Main Street and turn left on to Main Street. The claim center is located in the First Federal Plaza Building, just past the intersection of Main and State Streets.

From the South
