Claims can be processed from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and Thursday 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Directions:

From the North, South or East
Take the New York State Thruway to Exit 25, Schenectady. Follow I-890 to exit 5, Broadway. Take a right at the bottom of the exit ramp. Proceed approximately one-half mile to One Broadway Center. Parking Garage is across from the Broadway building.

From the West
Take the New York State Thruway East to exit 26, Schenectady 890. Follow 890 East to exit 5, Broadway. Take a left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Proceed one-half mile to One Broadway Center.
