3. For each game you will receive one (1) unique computer generated 9-digit number. All games are quick picks. There are no playcards and you cannot select your own number. No duplicate number will be issued.

How to Win

On Monday evening, December 5, 2005, the Lottery will announce live the randomly selected 9-digit jackpot prize winning number. King Kong Millions is unlike any other Lottery game. King Kong Millions is similar to a traditional “raffle” in that winning tickets will be randomly selected only from the “pool” of tickets actually sold for the King Kong Millions Game. Second and Third place prizes will also be randomly selected only from the same pool of tickets actually sold for the King Kong Millions Game. Since winning tickets will be picked only from an identified pool, there will be guaranteed winners on December 5, 2005!! You must match the complete 9-digit number in the exact sequence to win any prize. The final number of second and third place prize levels will be determined by ticket sales. As with the Lottery's daily drawings, this drawing will be conducted under the observation of an independent auditor.

You can get the official results by watching the live winning number announcement for the jackpot prize on your Official New York Lottery TV drawing station on December 5, 2005. The winning 9-digit numbers for all prize levels will be available on the official Lottery website at
www.nylottery.org or by visiting your local Lottery retailer.

How will the Lottery guarantee that there is a jackpot prize winner for the drawing on Monday, December 5? Winning 9-digit numbers for all prize levels will ONLY be selected from unique numbers recorded on the system as sold. Since no duplicate numbers will be issued, King Kong Millions guarantees that no prizes will be shared.
