New York Lottery/Time Warner Cable King Kong Millions Sweepstakes Rules

• Who can enter?: This Sweepstakes is open to holders of New York Lottery King Kong Millions tickets on sale or open for redemption during the promotion period between November 7, 2005 and December 5, 2005.
  
  
• Method of Entry: To enter the New York Lottery/Time Warner Cable King Kong Millions Sweepstakes, go to www.cableprizes.com to enter on-line. Or mail your completed entry form, including the unique 9 digit number found on your King Kong Millions ticket purchased at a New York Lottery authorized retail location to the address below. Entrants may enter as many times as they would like, but must include a different King Kong Millions unique 9 digit number each time. Winning entrants must produce the King Kong Millions ticket entered to claim their prize. Or you can print your complete name, address, telephone must be sent in an envelope no larger than a #10 white business envelope with first class postage affixed. Limit one entry form per envelope. No bulk mailings will be accepted. No walk-in entries will be eligible. Final entry deadline by which entries must be received is December 5, 2005. Entries are not valid for any other promotional offers. Entrants may only win once.

• Drawing: Random drawings will be held on or about December 12, 2005 from all eligible entries received to award prizes below. Eligible winners will be notified by mail and/or a telephone call.
  
  
• Prizes: 2– Grand Prizes of a trip for four (4) to Universal Orlando; Airfare, hotel for 4 nights at the Hard Rock Hotel and park passes for each group to attend the park for two days. ARV of each trip is $2,835.
  
  
• You must be eighteen years or older to enter. Entries received become the sole property of the New York Lottery (“Sponsor”). None will be acknowledged or returned. The New York Lottery is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late or misdirected mail which may prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this Sweepstakes or for typographical or other errors in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials, administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of the prizes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud which may destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion or for any other reason. Any ticket mechanically reproduced, altered, mutilated, tampered with in any way, containing any printing or other errors or not received through legitimate channels is null and void. All decisions of the Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes are final.
  
  
• By entering, entrants consent to the use of his or her name, city name, image and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. No substitutions, transfers or cash redemptions of prizes can be made except by the Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value, if prize is unavailable. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility/release within 5 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and alternate winner may be selected. Taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance or use of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
• Odds of being a winner depend on total number of eligible entries received. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
  
  
• All contestants release and forever discharge New York Lottery, Time Warner Cable, Universal Orlando, DDB Worldwide, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, owners, partners, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively “Affiliates”) from and against any and all liability and/or claims with the respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance or use of the prizes, including, without limitation, any liability for personal injury or property damage or loss. Contestants agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Affiliates harmless from any or against any and all liability and/or claims with respect to or arising from contestant’s acts or omissions in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes and use of any prizes.
  
  
• Employees of the New York Lottery, DDB Worldwide, Time Warner Cable, Universal Orlando and other agents and family members living in the same household of each are not eligible.
