SCHENECTADY, NY – Thirty-eight-year-old Heather A. Brose-Ellis of Blasdell, Erie County, won $25,000 on the New York Lottery’s NEW YORK METS Instant game.
Brose-Ellis plans to use her windfall to buy a home and do some traveling. Brose-Ellis purchased her winning ticket at Abbott Convenience Food, 1849 Abbott Rd., Lackawanna.
The NEW YORK METS ticket is a $2 instant game that offers players 10 chances to win up to $25,000. The overall odds, of winning any prize are 1:4.95.
