Can I cash my Mega Millions or Powerball ticket in any of the states that offer this game?

No. Each of the states participating in the Mega Millions game and the Powerball game run independent computer systems that are not capable of processing (e.g. validating) another state's tickets. Winning tickets must be cashed in the state in which they are purchased.
