Customer Service Centers

The table below lists the addresses, telephone numbers and opening hours of the 16 NY Lottery Claim Centers. Prizes of $601 or more must be claimed from one of these locations, or by mailing the winning ticket to the NY Lottery’s headquarters at PO Box 7533, Schenectady, NY 12301-7533.

Due to coronavirus, some of the Customer Service Centers are closed temporarily; the table shows which are currently accepting claims. You will need to schedule an appointment to claim a prize and you must wear a face covering when you visit one of the centers. For the claim to be processed, you will need to provide the winning ticket, a completed claim form, and a valid form of identification.
