How to Play Millionaire for Life

This play guide tells you how to take part in Millionaire to Life, the newest multi-state annuity game that offers exciting daily draws you can enter every day to spice up your week.

Millionaire for Life is scheduled to launch on February 22, 2026. However, New York's participation is still subject to regulatory approval.

    Head to a retailer: With around 15,000 retailers in New York, there are plenty of places to get a Millionaire for Life play slip from.

    Grab a play slip: Whether you go to a newsstand, grocery store, or gas station, you can self-serve a play slip or ask the clerk for one.

    Pick numbers: To play, you need to pick two different number selections. FIVE numbers between 1 and 58 and ONE between 1 and 5.
